Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay presents its retreats and wellness programmes for September and October, designed so that whether you are seeking personal growth, leadership development or immersive spiritual experiences, there is something to suit everyone's needs.
Crystal Sound Sanctuary Retreat. (21–25 September). This is one of the main new features of the season. Led by Camilla Sheeley, one of the world's most prestigious wellness specialists and founder of Glowments Wellness, it offers a transformative and healing experience to help participants discover the best physical and spiritual version of themselves. Focusing on the connection between body and mind, Camilla will guide participants through a series of restorative practices, such as crystal meditation, breathing techniques, evening sound healing sessions, as well as vinyasa and hatha yoga at sunrise. This immersive four-night retreat is designed to help people reconnect with their most authentic selves. The RElax & re'TREAT' experience also includes a treatment at the spa by Six Senses, champagne tasting, breakfasts and lunches by the sea at Chambao, Ibiza Bay's beach club, as well as a specially designed Omakase dinner at the renowned Nobu restaurant.

Holistic Hike Retreats. (28 September - 1 October; 19 - 22 October). Due to the success of previous editions, Holistic Hike returns this autumn to offer adrenaline-filled experiences in Ibiza's most breathtaking locations. The new 2025 programme from Ibiza Hike Station introduces new hiking trails to discover unspoilt natural spots and breathtaking views of the island. Participants will walk through unique landscapes, cliffs, trails and hidden caves, while performing breathing exercises, meditation, therapies and sound healing sessions to deepen their connection with nature. The programme also includes Holistic Zen Massage at the Spa by Six Senses, breakfast and lunch at Chambao by the Beach, and an Omakase dinner at Nobu restaurant.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Experience (available all season). This new and exclusive experience is designed for those seeking skin renewal and rejuvenation. NOBU Hotel Ibiza Bay is the only place on the island offering treatments and products by the internationally renowned Dr. Barbara Sturm. It includes her famous facial treatment, which uses her products and techniques to rejuvenate the complexion, improve skin health and slow down the ageing process. It also includes a 60-minute treatment to stimulate lymphatic flow, reduce swelling and sculpt the body, restoring bodily balance. The experience begins with breakfast at The Beach Club, next to the beach, and can be rounded off by spending the day on a Balinese bed with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The day concludes with an anti-inflammatory Omakase dinner, specially designed for this programme at the iconic Nobu restaurant.
