Enjoy the cultural opening in Sant Joan de Labritja of the VII Ibiza Wellness Weekend 2026.
We will meet in the beautiful and picturesque town square to enjoy a theatrical performance about the mythology of the Goddess "Tanit" and the island.
The famous cave of Es Culleram belongs to this municipality, a cave of spiritual pilgrimage. Transformed by the Punics into an important sanctuary in which numerous remains of pottery of the Goddess "Tanit" were found.
This cave, already occupied in the Bronze Age, was transformed into a sanctuary by the Punic civilization (5th-2nd centuries BCE). It was divided into several areas and the goddess Tanit, Goddess of Fertility, was venerated in it.
Among the material remains found, several hundred terracotta "Tanit" figures and 1000 fragments of other pieces stand out. It has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest. "Tanit" is a symbol of the island.
We will also be able to enjoy a welcome cocktail with a tasting of local produce and a demonstration of the beautiful Pagés dance of the island. All thanks to the City Council of Sant Joan de Labritja.
