About us
My name is Patricia Marí, born in Ibiza, I have had the good fortune to grow up surrounded by both the peasant traditions and the more alternative and spiritual side of the island of Ibiza.
I am a yoga teacher and since I was a child I have been taught by Punto Can-Pal, which has become a way of life for me.
I have trained as a yoga teacher in India, certified by Yoga Alliance.
My goal is to transmit my knowledge in the purest and most adapted way to you.
RYS 200 Specialised in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Nidra Yoga, Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy.
Currently training as a Yin Yoga teacher RYS100h YACEP certified by Yoga Alliance. We specialise in Yin, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fascia, Yang, Vinyasa, Core and Meridians.
Classes:
- Private: indoors or outdoors in San José de sa Talaia. You also have the option to come to your home.
- Group classes: Academia Diosas Pole Dance Ibiza in Ibiza town, and in a private space surrounded by nature in San José de sa Talaia.
