Elsa Yoga

I approached yoga with the intention of discovering a philosophy of life, and I gained so much more than that. After completing my first training course, I wondered why I hadn’t been taught something like this at school. I was so amazed that I decided to share with the world what was doing me so much good.
I began teaching in 2006 at various centres, companies and private homes. I have taken part in film shoots, photo shoots, events and retreats, as well as writing articles for blogs and magazines such as Cosmopolitan. In 2015, together with María Marco, we founded ‘Fuera de la esterilla’, a charity yoga project.
