Calma Yoga Ibiza

My name is Tamara, and with great affection I present to you Calma Yoga Ibiza.

After completing the first Hatha Yoga training, I decided to start this way. And I founded this project as a tool to be able to transmit and accompany in a humble way on the path of Yoga and Sound Therapy.

Taking advantage of the Shalas or the most beautiful corners of the Island, or the Mediterranean Sea itself, I invite you to enjoy group or individual Yoga classes.

In the classes you will be able to find dynamic styles such as Vinaysa Yoga, where breathing and movement go hand in hand, or styles such as Yin Yoga, in which surrender and relaxation predominate in the postures.

In turn, accompanying Yoga I offer you a journey inwards, the "Sound Baths" sessions or in groups. In these sessions I use high vibration instruments, which will help your mind and body to reach a level of deep relaxation.

And if the sea is your thing… I recommend you try SUPYOGA. From the beginning of May till the end of October, we enjoy a special connection with the Mediterranean Sea, practicing yoga in a different way.

There are different styles of yoga, different places to practice, contact me... We will look for the one that best suits you and we will begin this beautiful path to your interior.
