The VII Ibiza Wellness Weekend 2026 will bring together great talents in wellness and sustainability

The Ibiza Wellness Weekend 2026, in its 7th edition, has established itself as one of the largest wellness festivals in Spain and the Mediterranean. The meeting will be held over three days and expects to bring together more than 1,000 people this year, with a program full of activities around well-being. Great talents in wellness, active tourism in nature, culture, music, km0 haute cuisine and sustainability will be its main ingredients.

This year's meeting will be held on 16, 17 and 18 October and will have as its main venues the municipality of Sant Joan de Labritja, the Ibiza Conference Centre, in Santa Eulària des Riu, the Agroturismo Ca Na Xica and the regenerative farm Juntos Farm.

This great event is organized by Fomento del Turismo de la isla de Ibiza and its Ibiza Health & Beauty Health and Wellness Tourism Club, financed by the Consell Insular d'Eivissa and with the support of various collaborators such as the host municipalities, the shipping company Trasmapi, Decathlon Ibiza, the official car Jeep – Terrenauto and the technological partner OWQLO.

Its objective is to promote wellness and sustainable tourism on the island, combining a large number of 360º activities around a healthy lifestyle: sport, food, personal development, environmental and cultural sustainability and healthy leisure.

The presentation of the event in Ibiza took place at the EPIC Rooftop of BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova, as part of the promotional masterclass tour that is being carried out in major cities in Spain together with BLESS Collection Hotels.

During the presentation, a Pilates and Functional Training masterclass was held with great success with the sisters Tamara and Sheila de León, set to music by DJ Iván Garci, outstanding talents of the next Ibiza Wellness Weekend. The activity has brought together 30 people in this unique and panoramic enclave on the coast of Ibiza.

The press conference was attended by Abel García, Product Manager of Ibiza Health & Beauty; Juan Miguel Costa, Island Director of Tourism of the Consell d'Eivissa; Carmen Ferrer, mayor of the City Council of Santa Eulària des Riu; Alejandro Sancho, president of Tourism Promotion of the island of Ibiza; Alex Piella and Carla Espinosa, owners of Ca Na Xica; Charo García Madrid, deputy director of BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova; and Francisca Guasch, head of Communication of BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova.

Attendees also enjoyed a healthy breakfast and received wellness gifts as part of this comprehensive wellness experience, with gifts from Mel Ibiza Natural Cosmetics and Kubari Ibizan protein bars.

Great wellness talents will meet in Ibiza

In this edition, the Ibiza Wellness Weekend will feature great talents such as Crys Dyaz, elite athlete; Vela Wellness, Yoga & Barre; sisters Tamara and Sheila de León, with pilates and HIIT; Nena Plants Flow, specialized in the use of plants; Joaquín Caserza, humour and personal development; Elsa Punset, emotional intelligence; The Breath Act®, breathing and neuroscience; Pablo Carrizo, chef of Salvia; Paco de la Fuente, coach; Paula Dolcet, from Yoga Jungle; Suco®, meditation and static dance; and Sandra Bernardo, live music, as well as new surprise guests.

Three days of activities in different corners of Ibiza

On Friday, October 16 , there will be a welcome focused on local culture in the town of Sant Joan, with a theatrical performance around the mythology of Tanit and a tasting of local produce.

On Saturday 17 in the morning, the Juntos Farm farm will host the Outdoor Activities & Workshops, with proposals such as e-bikes, mindful trekking, electric meharis and incense workshops, gastronomy and activities in the garden.

That same Saturday 17th in the afternoon, the Palacio de Congresos de Ibiza will be the scene of a Big Masterclass with the talented ambassadors Joaquín Caserza, Elsa Punset, Paco de la Fuente and The Breath Act®.

Finally, on Sunday 18 there will be a great day of masterclasses at the Agroturismo Ca Na Xica and its Salvia Restaurant, focused on the education of healthy habits and with a special musical closing. Crys Dyaz, Sheila and Tamara de León, Vela Wellness, Pablo Carrizo (Salvia), Nena Plants Flow, a Table of Women Entrepreneurs in Regeneration, Suco® and Sandra Bernardo will participate. In addition, there will be a Wellness Market, art and gifts.

Ibiza, a destination with great virtues for wellness tourism

This year, the Ibiza Wellness Weekend will also feature the participation of collaborating wellness brands such as Caraibi, Blosse, Glow Botanica by Hormon University, Ecocesta, Cupper, Abbot Kinney's, AVEDA, music powered by AlphaTheta and Sol de Ibiza, among others.

Special packs for visitors and solidarity commitment

For those who want to travel to Ibiza and experience the event, there are special packages for visitors with accommodation, which include free admission to the festival. Hotels such as Invisa La Cala, Riomar Ibiza, Agroturismo Ca Na Xica and Aguas de Ibiza are participating.

In addition, Ibiza Wellness Weekend is an event that supports health-related solidarity projects. This year support will be given to the Juntos Project, dedicated to child health, and to the Elena Torres Association, focused on research for the early detection of cancer.

This edition promises to be the strongest of all, with a weekend full of unique experiences in which to learn from the best talents, take care of ourselves, have fun and enjoy the magnificent Ibiza and the Mediterranean culture.
