The VII Ibiza Wellness Weekend 2026 brings together more than 1,000 people in a record-breaking edition
The VII Ibiza Wellness Weekend 2026 has closed a new edition with more than 1,000 attendees and a programme dedicated to well-being, culture, nature and healthy habits. On 16, 17 and 18 October, Ibiza became a meeting point for great professionals and lovers of a conscious and sustainable lifestyle.
With approximately 50% of visitors coming from outside the island, more than 30 local and national talents, 25 collaborators and 12 national media, the festival once again demonstrated the growing interest in wellness tourism. An edition that hung the sold out sign and exceeded all expectations.
Friday, October 16: A cultural welcome dedicated to the goddess Tanit

The VII Ibiza Wellness Weekend began in Sant Joan de Labritja with an inauguration dedicated to the history and traditions of Ibiza, thanks to the collaboration of the Sant Joan de Labritja City Council.
More than 150 people enjoyed the theatrical performance "Tanit", by the Association of the Goddess Tanit Ibiza. Seven actors and singers gave life to a story inspired by the mythology of the goddess and her link with the cave of Es Culleram, one of the most emblematic historical enclaves of the municipality.
The evening continued with a performance by Ball Pagès, a tasting of local products from Can Bufi and Companatge, including cocas, flaó, orelletes, sobrasada and cheese, and the spectacular visuals projected on the trees by the artist Bamboo.
A first day that allowed them to discover the cultural richness of Ibiza and connect with their roots before giving way to a weekend full of experiences.
Saturday, October 17: nature, active tourism and an unforgettable Big Masterclass

Saturday morning was dedicated to outdoor activities at Juntos Farm, a space where regenerative agriculture, healthy eating and connection with nature are the protagonists.
The participants enjoyed workshops on harvesting in the garden, making incense and pickles, as well as a guided tour of the farm and a tasting of its products. They were also able to participate in active tourism activities with the Enjoy Ibiza Activities Club, with electric bike routes next to Ibiza Outdoors, electric Meharis tours with Retro Rides Ibiza and mindful trekking with headphones with Ibiza Hike Station.

In the afternoon came one of the most eagerly awaited moments of the festival: the Big Masterclass at the Palacio de Congresos de Ibiza, which brought together 450 attendees thanks to the support of the Santa Eulària des Riu City Council.
Actor Joaquín Caserza opened the day with his proposal "Conversations with my mind", combining humor and personal development. Next, Elsa Punset shared her reflections on how to "Living in extraordinary times", interviewed by Laura Peraita, journalist of ABC Bienestar.
The afternoon continued with Paco de la Fuente and the singer Lex Empress, who presented the performance "Rebirth", linked to new beginnings and the Metamorphosis experience. The final touch was provided by The Breath Act®, by Marta Planells and Juan D'Angelo, with an experience focused on the power of breathing and neuroscience.
The actress Tita Planells was in charge of moderating the meeting, which also had a welcome cocktail and supported the solidarity initiatives of the Elena Torres Association, dedicated to research for the early detection of cancer, and Proyecto Juntos, focused on child health.
Sunday, October 18: masterclasses, gastronomy and music to close the festival

The weather conditions forced the day to be moved from Ca Na Xica to BLESS Ibiza The Site, which welcomed more than 200 participants in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The morning began with the pilates sessions of Tamara and Sheila de León, fitness with Crys Dyaz and yoga with Vela Wellness and Elsa Yoga. A combination of disciplines that allowed the body and mind to be worked through conscious movement.
Gastronomy also had its space with Samanta Vallejo-Nájera, known for her career as a chef and presenter of MasterChef, who offered a talk on food and health.
Another highlight was the round table "Women entrepreneurs in regenerative projects", with the participation of Paula Dolcet (Yoga Jungle), Nena Plants Flow, María Rodríguez (Blosse) and Ana González (Glow), moderated by Laura Peraita.
The day ended with an experience of meditation in movement, music and dance by Suco®, followed by the organic folk concert by Sandra Bernardo, which closed three days of shared well-being.
The Wellness Market was also a success, with proposals such as Tibetan bowls, Kangen alkaline water, Dala Beauty, Blosse Cosmetics, Caraibi, GLOW – The Hormone University, Marta Masi, Soul Club, the audiovisual installation of Aguascopio and the ceramics of Laura Huget.
In addition, this edition incorporated two yoga and personal development retreats hosted at Ca Na Xica, led by Paula Dolcet and Sandra Bernardo, which brought together 22 participants. Looking ahead to next year, the festival has established an alliance with Retreat Yourself, an international retreat in South Africa with the aim of attracting new visitors interested in wellness.
