The VI Ibiza Wellness Weekend arrives: wellness, gastronomy and culture come together on the island
From October 17 to 19, Ibiza is getting ready to celebrate the sixth edition of the Ibiza Wellness Weekend, an event that returns stronger than ever, expecting over 500 participants focused on personal, social and environmental well-being.
Organised by the Fomento del Turismo de Ibiza and its Health & Wellness Tourism Club – Ibiza Health & Beauty, and funded by the Consell Insular d’Eivissa, the event will feature activities ranging from active tourism and fine dining to yoga, meditation, sustainability, culture and healthy leisure.
A magical premiere to launch the event
The official presentation of the Ibiza Wellness Weekend 2025 took place at the stunning Penthouse of BLESS Hotel Ibiza, overlooking the Mediterranean.
Renowned yogi Xuan Lan led the opening experience with a yoga masterclass, followed by an innovative The Breath Act® meditation and live music by DJ Cris 44, streamed live to thousands of viewers.
The premiere also announced the screening of the documentary RESET, starring Xuan Lan, which will be shown on the first day of the event at Teatro España.

Three days of wellness in iconic Ibiza locations
The Ibiza Wellness Weekend will take place in three main venues: Santa Eulària des Riu, the Palacio de Congresos de Ibiza and the Agroturismo Safragell.
- Day 1 – Culture and welcome
Local product tasting, cultural activities and screening of RESET. - Day 2 – Active tourism and breathwork
Big Masterclass by The Breath Act® at the Ibiza Congress Centre with advanced tech and a surprise wellness ambassador. Visit to the Tapaví gastronomic festival. - Day 3 – Masterclasses and healthy gastronomy
At Agroturismo Safragell, a full day dedicated to body, mind and nutrition. We will be able to enjoy the Haute Gastronomy Showcooking with Álvaro Sanz (Michelin star of the restaurants Estragón and Sa Talassa) and Pablo Cardozo (Salvia restaurant). We will also count with local talents like Marietta Mouchet, Yamuna, Nirvana Gym, and a psychology session on healthy relationships. Francesca Marchioro will close the day with a ceremony honouring the goddess Tanit.
Also included: a hike along the Ruta del Río, e-bike tour with Kandani, and a sea activity in kayak.
