    In SUP Yoga we are committed with the environment as we want a more sustainable planet. We approach our clients to Nature and everything related with the sea and its environment.

    SUP Yoga Ibiza launched in April 2014.

    Inés Quintana, its founder, achieved her title as Yoga instructor in 2013 in International School of Yoga, Madrid.

    In May 2014, she took a course in specialization IO SURF/FE as a Surf instructor of Stand Up Paddle Surf 2014 in Altea, Alicante. IO SUP is the organization that, along with the Spanish Surf Federation, gives the programs of Sup Training.

    Ines believes that the key to a long Healthy lifestyle is the integration of a good diet, exercise and a balanced mental health.

    Her passion is to help people, and her love for outdoor exercising ( specially in water)is what inspired her to show her real potential.

    We work with brand new equipment and stable surf boards. Our courses are based in the training received by the IO SUP AND THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF YOGA, they are coached by professional teachers. They include the equipment and also an insurance of Civil Duty.

    Stand Up Paddle Surf + Yoga = SUP YOGA

    SUP Yoga, as it is popularly known, is a fun experience and mind-body connection.

    This type of yoga involves partaking in an entire class of Hatha Yoga at sea, maneuvering on a Stand Up Paddle Board. It is a unique way to connect with nature, both within and around oneself.

    This new activity reaches our beaches on the island of Ibiza and can be practiced floating in calm waters. In addition to the known benefits of Yoga, we increase flexibility, coordination and core muscle strength necessary to maintain balance on the sup board, providing an enormous sense of tranquility and harmony, surrounded by an exceptional environment; the sea and nature.

    SUP YOGA CLASSES

    Early morning classes are useful for waking us up and energizing our body, while helping us to maintain a clear and calm mind for the day ahead. Evening classes are useful to fill us with energy with the aid of the sunset, bringing wellness back to our bodies, reconnecting with the surrounding nature, in a healthy way. SUP Yoga is done both at sea and in hotel or villa swimming pools
