The 6th Ibiza Wellness Weekend was a resounding success: over 700 people celebrated wellbeing on the island

| Ibiza Health & Beauty | News

From 17 to 19 October, Ibiza once again became the epicentre of wellbeing with the celebration of the VI Ibiza Wellness Weekend, an event that closed its 2025 edition with over 700 attendees and a programme that combined personal development, active tourism, healthy gastronomy and transformative experiences.

Organised by Fomento del Turismo de la isla de Ibiza and its Health and Wellness Tourism Club – Ibiza Health & Beauty, in collaboration with Enjoy Ibiza Activities, Eating in Ibiza, Agroturismo Safragell and with funding from the Consell d'Eivissa and the support of the Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu and Trasmapi, this edition once again demonstrated that Ibiza is much more than just sun and sand: it is a destination committed to holistic health, sustainability and conscious living.

An edition featuring big names and a full house

Saturday was one of the busiest days, with 400 people gathering at the Ibiza Conference Centre to take part in Borja Vilaseca's Big Masterclass, alongside Paco de la Fuente (Metamorphosis) and The Breath Act® team, made up of Marta Planells and Juan D'Angelo. It was a unique experience that combined breathing, neuroscience, coaching and personal transformation, leaving a lasting impression on an audience that had travelled from all over Spain.

On Sunday at Agroturismo Safragell, 200 people enjoyed an unforgettable day of masterclasses, including one by Marietta Mouchet, who also combined the event with a yoga retreat for 25 people, and her yoga and sound meditation practice with Tatiana. The energy continued with innovative offerings from Pilar Zúñiga (The Loft), with her immersive masterclass "Set me free", and Yamuna Zake, with her somatic therapy and body rolling focused on the feet.

Conscious gastronomy and wellness culture

Haute cuisine also shone at this year's event with tastings by chefs Álvaro Sanz (Michelin star, Sa Talassa and Estragón) and Pablo Carrizo (Restaurante Salvia), who offered dishes inspired by the Mediterranean diet and local produce. Julián Trujillo, chef at Safragell, prepared a lunch with organic ingredients from Juntos Farm and Frutos Secos de Ibiza.

One of the most celebrated moments was the performance by Macaco and Tirtha Man with their Dub Tai Sing project, which combined music, positive affirmations, movement and active meditation, thrilling the audience with more than 100 people dancing to the rhythm of this energetic and transformative performance.

Active tourism, tradition and rituals

Active tourism activities were once again the stars of the show, with more than 80 participants. There were e-bike and mountain bike routes with Kandani Tours in the north of the island, including stops at Las Dalias Market and the Es Trull Museum, a walk along the River Route with stops at Can Planetes and the Ethnographic Museum with Ibiza Eco Tours and Ibiza Hike Station, and a kayak trip with Kayak Ibiza to discover the island from the sea.

The closing ceremony could not have been more symbolic: an emotional ritual to the goddess Tanit, protector of Ibiza, led by Francesca Marchioro, accompanied by fire, offerings and the live voice of the soprano Romana, which moved everyone present.

RESET, Wellness Market and social commitment

During the event, Xuan Lan's documentary RESET was also screened, an inspiring reflection on wellness tourism and its ability to transform lives through yoga, meditation and contact with nature.

The Wellness Market was another of the most visited areas, with offerings such as Tibetan singing bowls, Kangen alkaline water, Sol de Ibiza eco-friendly sunscreen, Matcha & Co organic matcha, Delbes Ibiza conscious fashion, and Celia Care massages.

In addition, this edition had a marked charitable character, supporting AFAEF (Association of Relatives of Alzheimer's Patients of Ibiza and Formentera) and the Elena Torres Association for research into early cancer detection, coinciding with World Breast Cancer Day (19 October).

Thank you for making this possible!

At Ibiza Health & Beauty, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the individuals, organisations and partners who made this sixth edition of Ibiza Wellness Weekend possible: Fomento del Turismo de Ibiza, the Consell d'Eivissa, the Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, the clubs Enjoy Ibiza Activities and Eating in Ibiza, as well as Trasmapi, Agroturismo Safragell and all the professionals and talents who contributed their energy and knowledge.

Thanks also to the more than 700 attendees whose enthusiasm and participation made this edition an unforgettable celebration of wellbeing, community and connection with the island.
